Thank you for choosing Royal Shine Cleaning! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Royal Shine Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us") and you, the customer ("Customer," "you"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Royal Shine Cleaning offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Booking and Estimates

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.

An initial consultation may be required to determine your specific needs and provide an accurate estimate.

Estimates are free and non-binding.

Final pricing may vary slightly based on the actual time spent cleaning or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Access:

Client must provide unobstructed access to the cleaning location during the scheduled service time.

If access is not granted, a cancellation fee may apply (see section 5).

Preparation:

Client is responsible for removing clutter and personal belongings from areas requiring cleaning.

We are not responsible for moving furniture or heavy objects.

Please notify us in advance of any hazardous materials or allergens present on the property.

Utilities:

Ensure access to running water and electricity during the cleaning service.

Company Responsibilities

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment:

We will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for the booked service.
Clients may request the use of eco-friendly cleaning products upon booking (subject to availability and potential price adjustments).

Cleaning Staff:

Our cleaning staff is reliable, insured, and well-trained.
We reserve the right to assign different cleaning personnel for each service.

Quality Assurance:

We are committed to your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice will incur no fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.

If access is denied upon arrival due to client negligence, a cancellation fee of 100% of the estimated service cost will be charged.
